The Denville Township Police Department is investigating a fraudulent withdrawal at the Sovereign Bank in Denville. On November 1, 2005, an unidentified male, pictured here, fraudulently withdrew $4,000 in cash from a customer's bank account at the Sovereign Bank in Denville, New Jersey.
The actor provided a fake New Jersey driver's license as identification. The suspect then proceeded to another Sovereign branch in Bloomfield, New Jersey and withdrew an additional $2,500.

6005 - Parental Abduction, Randolph Twp.

THE RANDOLPH POLICE DEPARTMENT IS INVESTIGATING A PARENTAL ABDUCTION.
ON SUNDAY, 1/29/2006, MR. RONALD KOLENDA FAILED TO RETURN HIS 11 YEAR OLD SON RONNIE KOLENDA AS PER A VISITATION AGREEMENT. MR. KOLENDA HAS HAD CONTACT WITH THE RANDOLH TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT AND IS REFUSING TO RETURN HIS SON. MR. KOLENDA IS CURRENTLY WANTED BY THE POLICE FOR THE INTERFERENCE WITH CUSTODY ORDER. HIS SON RONNIE KOLENDA IS LISTED AS A MISSING JUVENILE AND IS TO BE TAKEN INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY WHEN LOCATED. MR. KOLENDA WORKS IN NEWARK BUT HAS BEEN CALLING OUT SICK FOR HIS JOB AT ANHEUSER BUSCH BREWERY.

KOLENDA IS DESBRIBED AS A WHITE MALE, 5’10” TALL, 240 LBS, HEAVY, SHORT BROWN HAIR. RONNIE KOLENDA IS; 11 YEARS OLD, 5’ 00” TALL, 85 LBS, BLUE EYES, BROWN SHAGGY HAIR. RONNIE ALSO HAS A BLUE COLORED CAST ON HIS RIGHT ARM. MR. KOLENDA MAY BE OPERATING A BLACK 2002 , NISSAN, XTERA SUV, WITH EITHER NEW JERSEY OR PA TAGS. 6004 - HANOVER TWP. AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
The Hanover Twp. PD is investigating an aggravated assault that occurred on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2006 in a parking lot off of Sunrise Dr. in Whippany, NJ. The victim suffered serious head and facial injuries. Three people have been charged with the assault. Two of them have been arrested and served with complaint warrants, and the third has been charged, but is still at large and has not been served with a complaint warrant.
The subject who remains at large is identified as James M. Banks, who goes by the aliases Jay Banks, Markus Banks and B.R. James Banks. He is a 29 year old african american male who has previously lived in Madison, NJ. There is currently a warrant charging Banks with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a bail of $25,000.

6003 - Armed Robbery Morris Twp.
On 1/27/06 at 9:56 pm, officers from the Morris Twp. Police Department were dispatched to "Just Around the Corner Store" located at 88 Martin Luther King Ave. on a report of an armed robbery. The victim was robbed at gunpoint by a black male wearing a ski mask. The suspect pointed a black semi-auto handgun at the victim. The victim complied and gave the suspect over $1000. The suspect ran out the front door across Martin Luther King Ave and into the back yard of 225 Martin Luther King Ave. The actor was described as a Black male, dark skin, approx. 5-7", stocky build, gap in front teeth, wearing black pants, a black jacket and a black ski mask with holes for the eyes and the mouth.
