4011 - Armed Robbery, Madison, NJ
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office, The Madison Police Department and the United States Postal Inspection Service are investigating an armed robbery of a U.S. Postal Authority Truck, which occurred at approximately 5:45 pm on December 3, 2003. Authorities report that an unknown suspect stole mail bags containing Registered mail from a U.S. Postal Service contractor truck parked behind the Madison Post Office, which is located at 10 Lincoln Place, Madison,NJ
The suspects description is as follows; black male, 5'6" to 5'8" in height, approximately 160 lbs. in weight, wearing dark clothing, dark glasses and a black ski mask.
