7011 - Cat Hanging in Parsippany

On Tuesday, June 12, 2007 between 1530 and 1833 hours the Parsippany Police were notified to respond to a cat stuck on a fence. Upon arrival on scene Parsippany P.D. observed the cat hanging from a rope stuck in a fence. The rope was tied in a knot around the cat's midsection. The cat was cut down and taken to a animal emergency center. The cat died shortly after being brought to the emergency center.
