The investigation revealed that Mr. Breitbarth had been killed between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. A sales receipt discovered in his vehicle revealed that he had made a purchase at 8:25 p.m. at the Pathmark Supermarket located at the intersection of Route 46 and Beverwyck Road in Parsippany, NJ. Mr. Breitbarth was the president of Biophase Systems, Inc. in Parsippany. His company produced vitamins and food supplements.
